This agreement (the “Agreement”) is made this 30th day of March, 2022, between UMB Fund Services, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation having its principal place of business at 235 W. Galena Street, Milwaukee, WI 53212 and a subsidiary of UMB Financial Corporation ("Agent"), Variant Alternative Income Fund, a Delaware statutory trust having its principal office and place of business at 235 W. Galena Street, Milwaukee, WI 53212 (“Fund”), UMB Bank, n.a., a national banking association, having its principal office and place of business at 1010 Grand Boulevard, Kansas City, Missouri 64141 ("Bank" and “Custodian”).
