INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) made as of this 28th day of June, 2021 by and between The Advisors’ Inner Circle Fund III (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust registered as an investment company under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the “1940 Act”), and GQG Partners LLC (the “Adviser”), a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business at 450 East Las Olas Boulevard, Suite 750, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301.

This Amendment to Custodian Agreement (the “Amendment”) is made as of June 1, 2021 by and between Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., a limited partnership organized under the laws of the State of New York (the “Custodian”), and The Advisors’ Inner Circle Fund III (the “Fund”), each acting respectively on its own behalf or through Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. or an affiliate entity of the respective Fund, as its general partner, managing member, investment advisor, managing member of a general partner, and/or similar capacity (the “Manager”).
