INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) made as of this 20th day of April, 2021, by and between The Advisors’ Inner Circle Fund III (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust registered as an investment company under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the “1940 Act”), and ARGA Investment Management, LP (the “Adviser”), a limited partnership organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, with the Adviser’s principal place of business at 1010 Washington Blvd., 6th Floor, Stamford, CT 06901.

This Amendment to Custodian Agreement (the “Amendment”) is made as of April 19, 2021 by and between Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., a limited partnership organized under the laws of the State of New York (the “Custodian”), and The Advisors’ Inner Circle Fund III (the “Fund”), each acting respectively on its own behalf or through Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. or an affiliate entity of the respective Fund, as its general partner, managing member, investment advisor, managing member of a general partner, and/or similar capacity (the “Manager”).
