THIS AGREEMENT, dated as of November 19, 2019, between UNIFIED SERIES TRUST (the Fund, including its separate series, the Portfolios), an open-end management investment company organized under the laws of the State of Ohio and registered with the Commission under the Investment Company Act of 1940 (the 1940 Act), and BROWN BROTHERS HARRIMAN & CO., a limited partnership formed under the laws of the State of New York (BBH&Co. or, when referring to BBH&Co. in its capacity as custodian, the Custodian, and when referring to BBH&Co. in its capacity as transfer agent, TA).

This Amendment (“Amendment”) is made as of March 1, 2020 by and between Unified Series Trust (the “Trust”) and Selective Wealth Management, Inc. (the “Adviser”), and amends the Management Agreement made as of February 19, 2019 between the Trust and the Adviser (the “Agreement”) pursuant to which the Adviser agreed to act as the sole investment adviser of the Selective Premium Income Fund (the “Fund”).

This Custody Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of October 11, 2019 by and between Unified Series Trust ("Principal") and MUFG Union Bank, N.A. ("Custodian"), and shall be effective as of November 11, 2019.
