This Amendment No. 4, dated January 2, 2020 (this “Amendment”), to the Investment Advisory Agreement dated May 31, 2018 (the “Agreement”), as amended, by and between ALPS ETF Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”) and ALPS Advisors, Inc. (the “Adviser”). Any items not herein defined shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Agreement.
