INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) made as of this 14th day of March, 2019, by and between The Advisors’ Inner Circle Fund III (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust registered as an investment company under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the “1940 Act”), and Aegon USA Investment Management, LLC (the “Adviser”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Iowa, with the Adviser’s principal places of business at 155 North Wacker, Suite 1850, Chicago, Illinois 60606, and at 4333 Edgewood Road NE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52499.

EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT, effective as of March 14, 2019, by and between Aegon USA Investment Management, LLC (the “Adviser”), and The Advisors’ Inner Circle Fund III (the “Trust”) (the “Agreement”), on behalf of the series of the Trust set forth in Schedule A attached hereto (each, a “Fund,” and, together, the “Funds”).
