This Report Modernization Addendum (this “Addendum”) to the Administration, Bookkeeping and Pricing Services Agreement, as amended, is dated as of March 22, 2018 and entered into by and between RiverNorth Funds (the “Trust”), on behalf of each of its series, RiverNorth Capital Management, LLC (the “Adviser”), and ALPS Fund Services, Inc. (“ALPS”).
