INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement’’) made as of this 27Ih day of August. 2010 by and between THE ADVISORS’ INNER CIRCLE FUND II (the “Trust”), a Massachusetts business trust registered as an investment company under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the “1940 Act”), and W.H. REAVES & CO., INC. (the “Adviser”), a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 10 Exchange Place, 18th Floor, Jersey City, New Jersey 07302.

THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED ADMINISTRATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of the 13th day of November, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and between The Advisors’ Inner Circle Fund II, a Massachusetts business trust (the “Trust”) and SEI Investments Global Funds Services, a statutory trust formed under the laws of the State of Delaware (the “Administrator”).
