THIS GLOBAL CUSTODIAL SERVICES AGREEMENT is made as of June 16th, 2017, between FORUM FUNDS II, an investment company duly organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, acting on behalf of each of its separate series identified on Appendix A, as may be amended from time to time (each, a “Fund”), each Fund acting on its own behalf separately from all other Funds and not jointly or jointly and severally with any other Fund in accordance with the terms hereof, and BNP PARIBAS, acting through its New York Branch, duly organized under the laws of France, and licensed by the New York State Department of Financial Services (the "Bank").
