This AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment No. 2”) is entered into as of August 5, 2016 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Gregg Appliances, Inc., an Indiana corporation (the “Company”) and Robert Riesbeck (“Executive”).
