This AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment No. 1”) is entered into as of January 1, 2016 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Gregg Appliances, Inc., an Indiana corporation (the “Company”) and Robert Riesbeck (“Executive”).
