This Amended & Restated Master Equipment Lease Commitment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and among Cyan, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Lessor"), Windstream Supply, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company (the "Lessee") and Windstream Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Guarantor”) effective as of the last date set forth on the signature page hereto (the “Effective Date”).
