This Note Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 20th day of December 2016, by and between NuLife Sciences Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Seller”) and Nicholas Halsey (“Purchaser”), collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party”.
