This Note Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 3rd day of December 2016, by and between NuLife Sciences Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Seller”) and Yarbrough Family Trust Dated 07/19/1974, Mary Carol Yarbrough Trustee, an entity in Orange County, California or his assigns (“Purchaser”), collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party”.
