This SECOND AMENDMENT, CONSENT AND WAIVER TO CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Second Amendment”), dated as of May 10, 2016, is by and among Archrock Services, L.P., a limited partnership formed under the laws of the state of Delaware (the “Borrower”), Archrock, Inc., a corporation formed under the laws of the state of Delaware (“Parent”), the Guarantors party hereto, the Lenders listed on the signature pages attached hereto and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as administrative agent for the Lenders (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”).
