This amended Consulting Agreement (the “Agreement”), is amended as of January 14, 2009 and is effective as of January 1, 2008 (the “Effective Date”) between AVT, Inc., a Nevada corporation, whose principal business offices are located at 341 Bonnie Circle, Suite 102, Corona, CA 92880 (the “Company”) and SWI Trading, Inc., a California corporation (the “Consultant”) whose principal business offices are located at 2320 White Oak Lane, Corona, CA 92882.
