This INVESTMENT SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of this 13 day of January, 2022, by and between Faith Investor Services, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with its principal place of business at 14785 Preston Road, Suite 1000, Dallas, TX 75254 (the “Adviser”) and Capital Insight Partners, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, with its principal place of business located at 7328 East Deer Valley Road, Suite 105, Scottsdale, AZ 85255 (the “Sub-Adviser”).
