THIS SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of August 16, 2021, by and between Tuttle Capital Management, LLC (the “Adviser”), a Delaware limited liability company and registered under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended (the “Advisers Act”), and Revere Wealth Management, LLC (the “Sub-Adviser” and together with the Adviser the “Parties”), a New York limited liability company and also registered under the Advisers Act, with respect to the Revere Sector Opportunity ETF (the “Fund”), a series of the Collaborative Investment Series Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”).

THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) by and between COLLABORATIVE INVESTMENT SERIES TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of Revere Sector Opportunity ETF (the “Fund”) a series of the Trust and the Advisor, Tuttle Capital Management LLC (the “Advisor”).
