This Agreement is made and entered into effective as of the first day of January, 2013 by and between SOUTHERN CONNECTICUT BANCORP, INC. (“Bancorp”) and its subsidiary, THE BANK OF SOUTHERN CONNECTICUT (“the Bank”), having its principal place of business in New Haven, Connecticut (hereinafter referred to as the “Employer”) and Sunil Pallan, residing in Salem, Connecticut (hereinafter referred to as the “Employee”).
