This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) by and between Employers Holdings, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) and Katherine H. Antonello (the “Employee”) is entered into as of the 17th day of November, 2020, effective as of April 1, 2021 (the “Effective Date”). Effective as of the Effective Date, this Agreement amends, restates and supersedes, in its entirety, the Employment Agreement effective as of August 5, 2019, as amended, by and between the Employee and the Company (the “Prior Employment Agreement”), which shall terminate as of the Effective Date. In addition, effective as of the Effective Date, this Agreement shall replace and supersede, in its entirety, any other prior employment agreement or agreements between the Employee and the Company (these agreements, together with the Prior Employment Agreement, the “Prior Agreements”) and the Prior Agreements shall be of no force or effect.
