This Independent Contractor Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of May 2, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), between Fish Scalability, LLC with its address at XXXXXXXX (“Contractor”) and Etsy, Inc., a Delaware corporation with an address at 117 Adams Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201 (“Etsy”), and governs Contractor’s performance of certain services for Etsy.
