dealing under the Employment Agreement; breach of fiduciary duty; estoppel; my activities, if any, as a “whistleblower”; constructive discharge; retaliation or reprisal; defamation, infliction of emotional distress, fraud, misrepresentation, negligence, harassment, assault, battery, invasion of privacy, and interference with contractual or business relationships relating to my employment relationship with StarTek and the termination of such employment relationship; any other wrongful employment practices; and violation of any other law relating to my employment with StarTek;
