Based on friendly negotiation, both the borrower and lender have agreed to enter into the contract with below terms and conditions for the affairs about the lender’s lending working capital loan to the borrower. In order to guarantee the performance of the debt under the master contract as described in article I of this contract, the mortgagor has voluntarily offered the legal disposing rights for the property listed in the attached “List of Mortgage” to establish the maximum amount mortgage for the creditor’s right of the mortgagee and both parties have agreed to enter into this contract based on the principle of equal consultations. Unless otherwise regulated in this contract, the terms or words in this contract shall be explained according to the master contract. (The provisions with □ are option terms.
