Koroleva Ul, Moscow 129515 and Guardian Technologies International (“Licensor”), a Deleware corporation having its principal place of business at 516 Herndon Parkway, Herndon, Virginia 20170 via its Russian Distributor Terralink Technologies International located at 57 Profsoyuznaya, Office 800, Moscow Russia 117420
