PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this "Agreement"), dated as of August 30, 2012, by and between E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company, a Delaware corporation ("DuPont"), and Flash Bermuda Co. Ltd., a Bermuda exempted limited liability company ("Buyer").
