AMENDMENT No. 7, dated as of April 9, 2020 (this “Amendment”), to that certain credit agreement among LIVE NATION ENTERTAINMENT, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Parent Borrower”), the “Guarantors” identified in such Credit Agreement, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., as Administrative Agent and Collateral Agent, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., TORONTO BRANCH, as Canadian Agent, J.P. MORGAN EUROPE LIMITED, as London Agent and the lenders from time to time party thereto (as such credit agreement has been amended, restated, modified and supplemented from time to time to date, the “Credit Agreement”); capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in the Credit Agreement.
