This AGREEMENT is made as of September 1, 2012, by FEDERATED CORE TRUST II, L.P. (on behalf of the portfolios listed on Exhibit A hereto), having its principal office and place of business at 4000 Ericsson Drive, Warrendale, Pennsylvania 15086 (the “Investment Company”), and FEDERATED ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES, INC., a Pennsylvania corporation, having its principal office and place of business at Federated Investors Tower, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15222-3779 (the “Company”). This Agreement amends and restates in its entirety that Agreement for Administrative Services by and between the Investment Company and the Company dated March 1, 2005, as amended, (the “Superseded Agreement”).
