THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is dated as of December 28, 2011 and effective as of July 1, 2011 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd, a Singapore company with its principal office at 10 Bayfront Avenue Singapore 018956 (the “Company”) and George Tanasijevich (“Employee”).

This letter (this “Agreement “) sets forth the terms and conditions of your employment with Las Vegas Sands Corp., a Nevada corporation (“LVSC”), and Las Vegas Sands, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of LVSC (together with LVSC, the “Company”), and is entered into by and between you and the Company as of August 23, 2016 (the “Effective Date”).
