This CREDIT AGREEMENT, (the “Agreement”) dated as of November 6, 2014, is among CHICAGO MERCANTILE EXCHANGE INC., a Delaware corporation (together with its successors and assigns, “CME” or the “Company”) and a wholly owned subsidiary of CME Group Inc. (together with its successors and assigns, “Holdings”), the Banks, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., as Administrative Agent and DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, as Collateral Agent.
