This Asset Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of July 29, 2005, is by and among Portfolio Recovery Associates, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Parent”), PRA Government Services, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and a subsidiary of the Parent (“Buyer”), Alatax, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Seller”), and Brenda M.
