This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”), is made and entered into as of July 18, 2005 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Centrue Bank (the “Employer”), a wholly-owned Subsidiary of Centrue Financial Corporation (“Centrue”), and William R. Britt (the “Executive”).
