THIS CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of January 31, 2005, by and between HYPERCOM CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (“Borrower”), and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (“Bank”).
