Upon the Commencement Date (as defined below), DreamWorks Animation SKG, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Studio”) agrees to employ you and you agree to accept such employment upon the terms and conditions set forth herein (this “Agreement”). Studio shall have no obligation under this Agreement unless and until Studio has received from Employee a fully executed copy of this Agreement (in form and substance satisfactory to Studio).
