This Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of December 1, 2005 (this “Agreement”), is by and among WaMu Asset Acceptance Corp., as depositor (the “Company”), Washington Mutual Bank, as Servicer, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee, and Deutsche Bank Trust Company Delaware, as Delaware Trustee. Capitalized terms used in this Agreement and not otherwise defined have the meanings ascribed to such terms in Article I hereof.
