This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”), including the attached Exhibit “A,” which is incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part of this Agreement, is entered into between U.S. Concrete, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Terry Green (“Executive”).
