THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), dated July 10th, 2003, is between DAYS MASTER ITALIA S.p.a., an Italian company with liability limited by stock, (“we”, “our” or “us”), and HOSPITALIA S.p.a., an Italian company with liability limited by stock (“you”).
