THIS CONSULTING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made this 3rd day of October 2014 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Vertex Energy, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), and Timothy C. Harvey, an individual, who also currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Consultant”) (each of Company and Consultant is referred to herein as a “Party,” and collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”).
