SECURITY AGREEMENT dated as of December 14, 2023 (this “Agreement”), between SENTINUM, INC., a Nevada corporation (“Grantor”), and JGB COLLATERAL LLC, as administrative agent and collateral agent for the lenders referred to below (“Collateral Agent”).
