This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of February 15, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by and between VerifyMe, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), and Nancy Meyers (the “Executive”). Some of the terms of this Employment Agreement are in the attached schedule (the “Schedule”), which is part of this Agreement.
