This Mutual Termination Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of May 20, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Athens Commons, LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company (“Landlord”), and VBH Kentucky Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Tenant”).
