Pursuant to the Anthera Pharmaceuticals, Inc. 2013 Stock Option and Incentive Plan (the “Plan”) as amended through the date hereof, Anthera Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) hereby grants a Restricted Stock Award (an “Award”) to the Grantee named above.
