THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made as of July 1, 2012 (“Effective Date”), by and between CHRISTOPHER P. SMITH of Lake Mary, Florida (“Executive”) and EMERGING MEDIA HOLDINGS, Inc., a Nevada Corporation (the “Company”).
