This INTERCOMPANY SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made effective as of July 7, 2025 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Fort Technology Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of the Canada (“Company”) and Jeffs’ Brands Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of Israel (the “Provider”).
