This SUPPORT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), dated as of May 1, 2025, is made by and among Concentra Biosciences, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Parent”), Concentra Merger Sub IV, Inc., a Delaware corporation and a wholly owned subsidiary of Parent (“Merger Sub”), and the undersigned holder (“Stockholder”) of shares of common stock, par value $0.001 per share (the “Company Common Stock”), of Kronos Bio, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”). Capitalized terms used herein and not defined shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Merger Agreement (as defined below).
