This Separation Agreement and Release (the “Agreement”), effective December 14, 2023 (“Delivery Date”), sets forth the terms of the separation of Phoebe Mounts (“you” or “your”) from employment with CorMedix Inc. (the “Company”). If you understand and agree with these terms, please sign in the space provided below.
