This letter agreement (this “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions of your (referred to as “you” or “your” or “executive”) employment with Longeveron Inc. (the “Company”), which shall be effective as of July 31, 2023 (the “Effective Date”). This Separation Agreement and General Release (“Agreement”) is between Longeveron, Inc. (“Company”) and Dr. K. Christopher Min (“Executive”), together the “Parties.”
