This Software Development Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and effective this 12 January, 2022 by and between Creative Profit Enterprise Limited, (“Buyer”) and Guangzhou 3E Network Technology Company Limited (“Developer”). In accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the People’s Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations, on the basis of equality, voluntariness, and mutual consensus, both parties confirm that they are fully aware of and understand the substantive meaning of all the terms of this contract and their respective legal consequences. Based on this understanding, they enter into this contract regarding the matters of smart power station operation and maintenance services and energy management platform, for mutual compliance.

In accordance with the Contract Law of the People’s Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations, on the basis of equality, voluntariness and consensus, both parties confirm that it is fully aware of and understands the substantive meaning of all the terms of this Contract and its corresponding legal consequences, and based on such understanding, enter into this contract in respect of the Smart Restaurant System Platform Project for the purpose of mutual compliance.
