THIS INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY SECURITY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of December 11, 2023, is made by ADITXT, INC., a Delaware corporation f/k/a Aditx Therapeutics, Inc. and PEARSANTA, INC., a Delaware limited liability company (collectively, “Grantor”) in favor of Baker Bros.
