THIS POSTING AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of this 19th day of September, 2022, between Equifund Technologies LLC (“Equifund”), a Wyoming limited liability company, and Mivium, Inc, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), to act as the Company’s online posting technology platform (the “Platform”) in connection with the Company’s proposed securities offering (the “Offering”) under Regulation A, as amended (“Reg A”) promulgated under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”) of Common Stock (the “Securities”).
