This letter agreement (this “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions whereby C6 Creative Consulting, Inc., a Georgia corporation, through its employee, Nick Ayers (“C6,” or “you”) agrees to provide certain Services (as described below) to EveryLife Inc., a Delaware corporation, (the “Company”). (Company and C6 or you are referred to collectively as the “Parties,” and individually as a “Party”).
